The following terms and conditions apply to your purchase of our products on this website. Please read these terms and conditions before submitting your order. I. Shopping and Delivery

  1. In principle, customers can directly purchase products without registering as a user.
  2. Delivery Time: Delivery is handled by Galaxycharge. Please refer to the order confirmation information for specific delivery times.
  3. Delivery Area: Throughout the Philippines. (Remote or inaccessible areas may be subject to additional charges).
  4. Delivery Method: Delivery is handled by Galaxycharge via mail or door-to-door delivery (We provide door-to-door delivery for customers with installation needs).
  5. If the service technician is late or fails to show up without explanation, please contact our staff, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  6. Before purchasing physical products, please read the product purchase notice carefully, understand the product specifications and model, consult with customer service or by phone, and confirm before purchasing.
  7. Once your order is successfully accepted, it will be bound by the terms and conditions herein; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you may not cancel or change the order or return or exchange the goods in any form.
  8. After ordering goods online, you can inquire with customer service about the delivery date (the specific time is subject to Galaxycharge’s arrangement). If you fail to receive the goods on the delivery date and need to reschedule the delivery, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs incurred.
  9. If you need to change the delivery address or date, you must communicate within 48 hours (excluding public holidays) during working hours before the delivery.
  10. Galaxycharge will not be responsible for any delays or failures to complete delivery due to accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions, or other reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to negotiate a solution with you.

II. Payment Methods

  1. Payment methods: Bank account transfer, etc.
  2. Settlement is calculated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

All products sold by our company are original and authentic, so you can buy with confidence.

IV. About Packaging

All physical products are original factory packaging.

V. Explanation of Out-of-Stock Situations

We do not guarantee that products are available for sale at all times. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill any order (or part thereof), we have the right to cancel the entire order (or part thereof) and refund the relevant amount (or relevant part thereof) you have paid to us.

If we exercise this right to cancel the order, we shall not be liable to any person. If there is any out-of-stock situation in the order, we will notify you.

VI. Precautions

  1. If there is any damage, scratches, or incomplete packaging due to non-human factors or transportation after receiving the physical goods, please notify Galaxycharge customer service as soon as possible, and we will conduct a product defect or damage assessment and provide timely feedback.
  2. Our company will not be responsible for any damage, malfunction, wear, scratches, dirt, incomplete packaging, or missing accessories caused by personal improper use or disassembly of the physical product.
  3. If you purchase a service category, follow the corresponding after-sales maintenance details of the service.
  4. In case of any dispute, Galaxycharge reserves the right of final interpretation.
