On September 6, 2025, Galaxy Charge was honored to participate in the 4th Southrun Family Event, hosted by the Philippine EV Community (PEVC) at Sevina Park in Binan, Laguna. The event brought together EV enthusiasts, leading automotive brands, and charging infrastructure providers to collectively foster the growth of the electric vehicle ecosystem in the Philippines.
Approximately 60 participants attended the event, including current EV owners, prospective EV adopters, major EV brands such as Kia and Aion, and multiple EV charging solution providers. Galaxy Charge actively engaged with 36 registered attendees through interactive demonstrations, promotional giveaways, and special charging incentives—significantly boosting brand awareness and community connection.
Key Highlights:
- Strategic Partnership Announced: During the event, Kaiyi Auto Motors PH officially named Galaxy Charge as its preferred charging partner, unveiling a ₱5,000 charging voucher for all new Kaiyi EV buyers.
- Attractive On-Site Promotions: Attendees enjoyed exciting giveaways, cash prizes through a raffle draw, and free ₱200 recharge credits for EV owners—enhancing engagement and customer loyalty.
- Expanded Industry Collaboration: Galaxy Charge connected with fellow charging providers—including AC Mobility, Intercharge, and PGCB—to explore opportunities for collaborative network development.
- Concrete Business Opportunities: Notably, Mr. Allan Cai, owner of Charlestonn Computer Center in Batangas City, expressed strong interest in installing a Galaxy Charge AC charging station at his location. A formal contract signing is scheduled for next week.
This event not only strengthened Galaxy Charge’s presence within the Philippine EV community but also catalyzed tangible partnerships. Looking ahead, we are accelerating our nationwide rollout—planning to deploy 50 to 100 new charging stations by 2026, including fast chargers, to cover major travel corridors and deliver a “gas station–level” charging experience.
