Installation time depends on the type and number of chargers. For residential 7kW AC chargers, installation takes 1-2 days. For commercial DC fast chargers, installation takes 5-7 days, including site preparation and testing.

For residential chargers (7kW), a standard 220V power supply is sufficient. For commercial AC chargers (22kW) and DC fast chargers (40KW/60kW/120kW), we will conduct a site assessment to determine the required power capacity and assist with power upgrades if needed.

Our charging stations support multiple local payment methods, including GCash, Maya, credit/debit cards, RFID, and fleet accounts for corporate clients.

Yes, we offer 24/7 after-sales support and regular maintenance services. Our local team will respond to faults within 24 hours to minimize downtime.
